All day yesterday nothing sounded good and even though I drank like crazy I just couldn't make myself eat. My carbs were only about 6g at 11pm so I mixed a little bit of lite egg nog (1/4 cup) with 1 cup of milk to get my counts up there. It was sooo sweet even so! Kinda made me gag a little.

I'm starting off today right though regardless of my stomach. Made myself some chicken and tomato soup to warm me up. And since I got next to no exercise yesterday I'm going to walk around the parking lot at lunch plus take the dog for a good walk when I get home tonight.

On a good note, we got the tree sunday and I got it up last night. My house smells so pretty! The kid and dog had a blast "helping" me. I feel so blessed.
262.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 102.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I remember when I first started Atkins, I had a few days, where I didn't feel real good, & I didn't want to eat much, but I was told to expect that. I got over that part, & haven't had any issues with that since, & I feel great. On Atkins you need to eat...it can be all so confusing at first I know! So far it looks like you are doing very well! I am so glad you are enjoying your tree. Have fun walking the dog tonight!

Thanks GG. That help to know its just part of it. I've gotten through the shaky weird weak spells and the near fainting stuff I think. Only had one episode? yesterday and that was while putting up the tree with all the up and down.... I'm betting only having eaten 500 calories at that point had alot to do with it too! I'm still not really desiring food today but have managed ok so far.
