Haha....So,just so you know. I am losing about one pound per week and I'm happy to get that! The science is that you need to burn 3,500 calories to burn one pound of fat. You can do the math, but once you have lost the extra water weight, if you lose too fast you are losing muscle, not just fat. Then you might get skinny but you will be flabby! Be the tortise, not the hare!

Thats sound advice. I'm not sure what I would do differently to go slower, I guess thats what OWL is for. Today is day 8 of induction and I've been debating whether to stay in it or move on at weeks end. I've still got 90 some odd pounds to lose and I know most of its supposed to be done in OWL, so maybe stick to induction till I hit 250, then switch? Way to go for you though! I just rechecked your profile and I must say I'm inspired!

Again, Dani....you are doing great....and you will reach your goal as I can tell you are committed...I don't think you have to do much to go slower....if you follow plan, eventually your body will make that adjustment. In the meanwhile, enjoy the "drop" and say, "thank you Lord." Have an awesome day.

Great advice above....you are doing really well....just keep tracking your food then you know where you are if you don't lose at some time......you will be moving down and won't know yourself in a few months....congrats.
