I totally splurged and ate twice as much this month than the previous months. It had been a celebration with so many occasions for me to eat. I ate about 2500 calories a day if not more. I need to go back to my 1200 calorie a day, as I am fat! I am fatty-fat-fat. And I want to be skinny-ninny. Must not eat! Must fight temptation!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
