So even though it is only 1/2 pound...at least I am off of that 147 number! LOL
I didn't do well this weekend at all. Very busy, which caused me to have poor eating habits, actually no, I caused myself to make poor choices! Stepped on the scale Saturday (just to peek, becaue I thought I was going to see a decrease in pounds, and actually saw an increase....a 2 lb increase) and that was eating well! So of course, I said well then I will have a bagel for breakfast, because this apparently isn't working! Wrong thing to do. 1st off, I did not even enjoy it (very hard to swallow), 2nd made me feel bloated, and 3rd made me a little depressed that I fell off the wagon. Why is it that if I do not see instant gratification, I want to give up???? Arrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhh!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know why we seem to think that the weight is just going to miraculously drop off or that every time we step on the scale that a new LOWER number is going to appear but we do! At least, I find myself doing that as well. But, my dear, you have lost over 10 pounds this past month....yay and, of course, awesome! You are on the right track and doing well. They say, the closer you get to goal, the more difficult the challenge....and I'd say that 20 pounds is pretty darn close to goal. Don't give up....you are a winner. Hugs and blessings...

Ginas, I think we've all been there and done that. We figure that since we've already fallen anyway, what's one more step in the wrong direction, and then the thing we thought we were missing, wasn't all that great to begin with. We live, we learn, and hopefully won't make the same mistake again. Good luck with the rest of the holiday season, and try not to be too hard on yourself; in three weeks the holidays will be over; at which time everyone will be charged up, with a passion, to get on, and stay the course, of getting the weight off.
