I've got my period- so ANY weight loss this week was going to be a win !

I'm also going to keep an eye on the types of food I'm eating- and try to get my fat content down.
240.3 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
