I am attempting to remain fairly stable, and, if possible, lose a little until I reach 80 kg. Three people have commented that I should go lower than that, for my health, whilst others have agreed that I not go below 80. I feel fine (apart from the 'gammy' knee) and have virtually bought a whole new wardrobe. Clothes that I bought when I was 95 to 100 kg now look too big on me.

Technically, I am still at least 15 kilos overweight. I don't look thin, by any means, except a little in the face.

Perhaps I'll just let the healthier eating habits decide. I have to keep recording, however. Don't want to go back there, ever......................
185.2 lb Lost so far: 70.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've done such an amazing job already and are already lower than your initial goal which is amazing! If you feel like you want to go down more, do it! But don't let anyone else tell you you need to (unless it's your doctor! :) )
