Are you exercising? If not, you might need to start. If you do, than you might need to kick things up a bit. Upping duration and intensity can really help. Strength training and circuit training can help burn fat and tone. When you get down to 10 pounds or so and you are already at a lower weight, you may have to fight for every pound. Are you drinking enough water? Are you getting enough protein, fruits and veggies? Protein and high fiber foods help us lose the best. If you are eating less than 1000 calories every day, your metabolism might have slowed down too. You could try having a couple of higher calorie days thrown in (but keep the food healthy like protein, fruits and veggies). Maybe cycle the calories (1000, 1200, 1100, 1000, etc.) You can also google and find some ways that might help you. Your body gets used to your doing the same things over and over, so changing things up becomes important.

Suzi thanks so much for your comment! I am exercising, Zumba 2 - 3x per week, and walk/jogging 2x per week. I have a bow-flex too, but I just can't get myself to use it, I need to try to add that! I will try adding a few more calories, I am probably not eating enough..... It is pretty easy to get in a rut, isn't it? Thanks again.
