Just as expected, I gained today. Yesterday, I had a lot of heavy meals - but with reasonably low calories. I went to the limit of my RDI, but that's about it. No cheating. :)

Today, I'm back to being sick. :( I am so tired, as I haven't had a good night's sleep for days, and just not in the mood for anything. Sadly, there is too much going on at work, so I can't stay home.

No exercise today either. I don't have the energy. Goddamn cold/flu.

Sorry guys, short journal from me today.

I hope to be back on top tomorrow - and I hope to have lost some weight. This is frustrating.

Still, Life IS good. :)

Feel better soon! Need to make sure you're healthy before you work yourself to the bone or you will never shake that flu. Rest and soups and sleep. ^_^

Oh ... so sorry buddy!!! Being sick, not sleeping well, both those certainly impact your body in a big way and I'm sure account for some of this "stall" you are experiencing. I hope work isn't as busy as you expected and maybe you can sneak home early and crawl into your bed with your kitty beside you and get some needed rest. Hang in there pal. I was in a mood also yesterday from a broken PC. I work on them all day at work, so when I go home I just want mine to work. Anyway, take care of yourself, fluids and rest if needed, and don't be hard on yourself. Being sick sucks. /Cheers
