Gosh I have really missed my log ins and such! I have remained active and I would say 75% on top of my diet. Lots of travels and visitors these past few weeks. Back on a regular schedule for a while so hoping for more green arrows in my future!

And I just wanted to give myself a little shout out too! I did a paddleboard race this weekend in Santa Cruz...my first ocean race which was a little over 3 miles! I have never paddled out that far in the ocean before! Was exhilarating and I truly felt alive :) There were only 6 women in my age division and I placed 3rd! Woot! It's a good feeling to see my efforts in diet and exercise enable me to accomplish things I never dreamed possible before. Can't wait to do it again next year!
136.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks friends! And Warren, I am not familiar with your friends sister...but wind surfing is definitely on my bucket list!
