I sucked last week. Went out of town and ate out every meal...plus it was a brewery tour....so beer. But since I've never weighed this much before it's time to get my butt in gear. My coworkers and I are doing a challenge at work so it's possible that will help as well.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

New week fresh start hopefully it will be better this week especially if you have support. I am doing it on my own that's why I joined the challenge I like the idea of doing it slowly. How are you doing so far this week?

It is a new week. Good beer can be good food. Salty snacks can be the culprit. Drink lots of water to get on track.
