bad couple of months. back on track. I hope for good this time. keep going up and up and up. this must stop. so very frustrated in myself. I do not like this person I am now. I can not even reach down to put on my shoes and tie them without a lot of effort. this weight has now become a physical handicap.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Welcome back! I know what you mean about the fat related debility. It's like the fat is a physical barrier blocking me when I bend forward.

I'm not sure what your strategy is, but for me it took 3 weeks of total willpower and determination to get myself into the mode. It truly was one day at a time. May God go with you.👼🏻
