This has been a very slow haul. I was 100 percent on T Day, survived a 100 percent on target Sat night out and a cornstarch free chicken with broccoli.. I eat tuna on salad for lunch and have had salad for dinner three nights in a row with an egg beater omelet with spinach and cheese for dinner last night. I should be shedding pounds quickly but no dice.
218.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It sounds like you are doing great. How are your clothes feeling? Do they feel more loose? Sometimes people lose fat and don't see it on the scale right away. Give your body time. It will happen.
