Its been a few years since I've been here and I've gained back 25 pounds!!! Its time to press the reset button and establish some good habits. I suck at tracking my food, so this challenge is for me...I'm going to give it my best!

I found that tracking is my best buddy to see what is going on with me...when I need to dig a little deeper to see what is driving some poor choices or to honor strength in possible moments of error. Take it as it comes to honor yourself!
