ok it has been months since I was on the site, have been doing pretty well until this past holiday. Have been totally faithful except the WINE intake has increased, still sticking with my basics but have not been to the gym in 3 months. That needs to end as well!

Ugh, gained a ton of weight over 4 days off. Back on the program today. Obviously I can not splurge like others do on the holidays,(I knew that about me but flirted with the devil anyway). Fortunately the back slide stops today!!!!!!!!!!!!
170.5 lb Lost so far: 72.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
