ive been on track off and on this past month. so i really havent lost any weight but i havent gained any either. im greatful for the 2 lbs i have lost because it could be worse. time to get back to it. ive started a new workout routine and im trying to be more conscience of what foods i take in....
171.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
