ive been on track off and on this past month. so i really havent lost any weight but i havent gained any either. im greatful for the 2 lbs i have lost because it could be worse. time to get back to it. ive started a new workout routine and im trying to be more conscience of what foods i take in....

ok.... soooo.... tuesday i was doing ok with my eating. then a craving hit me and it was down hill from there. i fell, so i compensated for it the following day, today. i worked out harder and attempted to balance out my calories for the 2 days. i know its not good to eat below a 1200 cal diet, but this is a once and a while deal to makeup for my mistake.

Ok.... so i never realized how much i eat during the holidays until this year... i have been eating like a nut!! lol i would eat until my stomach literally hurt!! (terrible)but i am now back to reality.. i have a goal that i am determined to reach. not for anyone, not for summertime, but because its about time. i dont feel at my best over weight. i need that feeling back. dont get me wrong, im not lacking in the confidence department at all. i just know there is more of it in there. i want to live a healthy life. i want my mind and body to be on point as i get older. i think like every hour you workout you add 2 hours to your life... i want to live forever!!! lmbo
