ok.... soooo.... tuesday i was doing ok with my eating. then a craving hit me and it was down hill from there. i fell, so i compensated for it the following day, today. i worked out harder and attempted to balance out my calories for the 2 days. i know its not good to eat below a 1200 cal diet, but this is a once and a while deal to makeup for my mistake.
