I think i hit a Plateau.
I haven't changed anything or cheated at all, but the weight loss has came to a screeching halt.
I'm hovering now, up and down at 221.

Maybe high protein low carbs. I was just keeping the calorie intake low.

I have noticed that every couple of weeks I level off and come to a stop, what I have determined happens is a body re-adjustment, when I don't have a weight loss, I take my measurements and usually I have lost a couple of inches. It's almost like my body is rearranging the furniture to fill in the empty space losing the fat has left. Hang in there! It will start back up!

High fat, low carbs is perfect for someone who is insulin resistant. Research it. There is an excellent series of lectures from a conference a few years ago. Here's the one with the science behind it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_evJd_iZZzs

Thanks for all the suggestions. I think i will stay the course for a week or two to see if anything changes. Maybe add a little more activities, without aggravating my spine. I just can't push the exercise too much, due to, I don't want to make myself immobile again.
