Well, the arrow is going in the right direction again!! Even after eating out a couple of times this week. As someone on this site pointed out, it's amazing how many "celebrations" there are in the next weeks/months that can mess up the planned diet. Most occasions I can "sort of" control what I eat, but it's hard when it's a birthday party for a two-year old at a HB place!!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
