I am soooooo happy! I was sick for a couple of days and had really bad diarea and wasn't really eating anything at all and today I weigh in and see that I dropped about 6lbs.

239.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb. Still to go: 69.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 4.7 lb a week
