I am soooooo happy! I was sick for a couple of days and had really bad diarea and wasn't really eating anything at all and today I weigh in and see that I dropped about 6lbs.
Weigh-in:
239.6 lb
lost so far:
5.4 lb
still to go:
69.6 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

today Im starting a new goal! Im planning to focus on drinking more water. I want to start of with atleast 5-6 glasses of water everyday! I know this will help!

MY best friend from high school and I just found each other after about 7 years and is getting married next month!!!!! I feel so fat but need to look nice,I need a dress....HELP!!!

Last night I was terrible and had a burger at about 12:45 it was late and I was hungry.I was watching my novela and a Jack in the Box commercial comes on and of course there I go to buy one.
