Couldn't believe when I plugged in my food for yesterday that one turkey wing costs 500 calories! And worse, I ate two for dinner! More than half my RDI, amazing! :O
170.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Really? Wow... that's a LOT of calories for a turkey wing. I didn't know. I'm aiming for breast meat all the way tonight. Happy Thanksgiving, FireLair.

I would recheck the caloric content with other sources. The sounds awful high. If you don't eat the skin, it's much lower. I saw one source that said 300 with skin.

Wow.... I'm with Suzi.... I would re-check with another site - mind you... You've eaten them now, so it's academic... Hope they were good :-)

They were delicious! And until I entered it into Calorie Counter, I felt they were well-worth it! (Hell, they were still worth it, because they were delicious! lol) I checked it against 3 options when I entered "turkey wing" and chose the options that were with skin and not fried. Just extremely surprising!
