I have been on steroids for my RA for about a year now and my weight has gone up, up and up. I am starting to taper the steroids now. I am hoping and praying I can get off of them and not have a RA flare. This is my vision and to lose this weight. Now to start the process I am going to take it one step at a time, stay focused, and do the actions that get me closer to my goal. THE JOURNEY BEGINS! All prayer and support are appreciated for helping me accomplish this major change in medication and weight loss. I am trusting Jesus for the outcome. I know my God is ABLE to do exceedingly more than I can do on my own. ". All things are possible through Jesus Christ who strengthens me."color=green][/color]
