a small drop but i expected it this week, will just have to try harder next week....
183.2 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanx BBO, this week im going to go all out, eat alot better and train more, hopefully i will see a big loss next week :-)

Training more might actually slow down the rate of weight loss but as long as you understand that and dont get confused then keep at it :) I'm also going to hit it hard with the weights on Monday. All the best to us :D
