Really getting back to basics this week. Felt like I was slipping a bit and staying up too late and eating more.I dont think night time calories are any different or worse, however, I do think that staying up later gives me more opportunity to CONSUME MORE of them!! So far mostly lower intake and while I have been pretty consistent on exercise, I bumped it up this week with good ol' yard and house work.Very nice deficit (more out than in) yesterday. I see now why I burn so much more in the summer, as I am always working on something in or outside of the house! Stay cool buddies.

I think it's awesome that you keep re-evaluating how you're doing. You're truly an inspiration. I also have to agree with you on the late-night snacks. They're not necessarily bad (though we do have to factor in that we don't burn as much during sleep time), but the true danger of staying up late is that we get hungry again and eat more. Well spotted, and thank you for reminding us. :)

I'm with Keld on the re-evaluating. Thanks for reminding us that it needs to be done. And I'm with you. There's something to be said for that meal 3-4 hours before sleeping. Reat job, Mike!

You are wise catching this early before you gained any back. Sorry if I sound like a broken record but maintenance can be just as hard as losing!

Yep. Maintenance equals vigilance I guess. Progress not perfection.
