Wow. That's fun. No way I've gained 4 pounds of fat over the last 2 days. Still dealing with the allergic reaction from the peanuts two days ago. On the up side, my eyes are itchy, not sandpaper-like today, and they don't look like Arnold Schwarzenegger's eyes in Total Recall at the end of the movie any more. On the other up side, I benched 150 last night. A new PR. Pause bench and lockouts are really working for me. Today will be last day at maintenance calories for healing.

Lifting tonight. Using a 4 day split with 1 or 2 days rest at the end. Power exercises split between the 4 days are bench, squat, deadlifts, and clean and press.

And now, a bit of dark humour from Lyle Lovett. Listen close to the lyrics. It's a testament to allergic reactions, stupid life choices, and just generally the idea that it will end one day for all of us. Have a wonderful, uplifting day, buddies. Did you take some antihistamine for those allergy symptoms? It might help. You sound good.
