Back from 1 week holiday yesterday. Happy with today's weekly weigh in. I did not get in the exercise I was hoping, but my eating was okay. I did not follow the cleanse food plan while on vacation. I will continue starting today. 2 weeks left.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
