Can you say yo yo? Going on vacation to Florida tomorrow morning. I'll try to get a lot off beach walking to help with any possible weight gain. Good news....all my clothes fit as I'm down two sizes!!!!
171.5 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

we try to do a beach walk at least once a week. Matter of fact we are going today. So peaceful. Doesn't seem like exercise a all.
