Haven't been exercising much, too much homework, but still counting calories and losing weight!!!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing great! I know it can be hard to fit in excersise inbetween studies and other commitments. How about do a set up sit ups and pushups and a plank when you get up and another set of each before bed. That will strengthen core muscle, which will lead to more calorie burn and it is a habit than can easily be expanded on, and if you only have a minute one morning you can only do a plank pose and then at least you have done something?

Just saw your comment, thank you! I think that is a good idea, rather than stressing because I can't set aside an hour for the gym or a walk etc...!
