Lost about 3lbs. I've started counting calories again and have succeeded at avoiding going over my limit.

Today I managed to get some work done. I cleaned and reorganized my room. I've been lifting heavy stuff all morning. I entered it in the site as housework and it showed that I burned 977 kcals, but I think I've burned more than that.

Well, I'm going to see how much weight I can drop this Christmas break.
279.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
