Hey someone I need help resetting my calories and macros. I can't find where I can manually manipulate the numbers. Help!! 😍

Ann - Go to "myfatsecret" (your home page) and click on "My Diet" on the right side. Last option is RDI, where you can set your KCALS. The is no option for setting macro targets.

http://www.ruled.me/guide-keto-diet/ start here then change your RDI in your food menu to coincide with the calorie recommended and macros on that page. I also put in a 40% deficit for myself on that page to bring it down to the daily calories I wish to ingest.

Thank you I will try that. The dr changed my calories and macros so I need to manually put them in.
