Hello and Happy Monday FS!

Excited to see a drop on the scale this morning. Food was top of mind yesterday but I resisted and ate in moderation. I could have eaten anything all day long. :) Stepped up my exercise over the weekend too.

168.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

Good for you!! You resisited the temptations. You may be hungrier because you're exercising more. Maybe you should try eating more fresh fruits and vegetables to help you feel full longer. Keep it going!!
