Down another pound!! Yeah, yeah...shouldn't weigh yourself every day. But it helps me to stay focused. Either I am thrilled at a lower number and can look at what I've done to get there and continue to do that -OR- I'm up and it's a slap in the face and a reminder that I can't lose focus.
Still thinking about my 3-month goals and the one thing that keeps coming to the forefront of my mind is learning to be in the moment. Whether it is in exercise, eating, down-time...whatever. I think that once I do this, the path I am on will be a little clearer for me to see.
Had some of my beef stir-fry last night, wasn't crazy about it. I am weird/picky about meat-especially left overs-so I ate around the beef. Didn't have much in my plate anyway. Will try to get some salad 'stuff' today or tomorrow after work. Gotta get more veggies like this in me.
