So far this is not difficult. I'm drinking 3 mugs (to-go cups) of tea -decaf, each with 2 Tbs. of heavy cream; sipping on them from morning til dinner, and eating an avocado for lunch. Then eating a HFLC dinner with meat and veggies. It's adding up to under 2000 calories, keeping me satisfied and I'm losing weight. 78% fat, 11% protien, 11% carbs. I know the first week is always a rapid drop. So, we'll see, but for now, I've lost 3 lbs in 3 days!! :)

Have dug into my diet suppliments and have been taking: a multi, chromium picolonate, real dose weight loss, and CLA oil.
Who knows what's helping, but I've been feeling good and sleeping well ( BP med and magnesium at night.)
234.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
