FINALLY! Tracking clearly helps, and I am going to get back to it, as of tomorrow. Managed 2 walks in last 3 days (it's raining today, so rather pleased with myself. Long may it last!
229.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
