Did not think I would lose any weight since all I'm doing is tracking my food, but I did. I guess we'll see if it's a fluke and just normal weight fluctuation ;)

I have been watching the pie chart and am noticing that my fat intake is way too high, and I'm not getting enough protein. I will be doing some research on protein bars/supplements, and I may (key word may) think about eating some poultry again.
166.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
