My motto for this week is " If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results." This is what has help me through this week. When I pick up a piece of candy and I focus on how this would affect my goals, I was able to put the candy back...

2nd Week GOAL: 3 Pounds and 11,000 steps 4 days and 10,000 2 days.

Updated: I use the fitbit flex to monitor my steps: 04/08 12,181, 04/09 10,461, 04/10 7,658 I have to rock it today...04/11 11,600 whoo hoo...need 11,000 for 04/12 whoohoo 11,671
231.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes! We tend to tell ourselves one piece of candy won't matter, but every choice matters. It's like the old saying "take care of your pennies and your dollars will take care of themselves".
