Overall eating was good, had exam committee meetings and cupcakes were on the menu and some other additional snacking.

Goodnews its a big exercise weekend coming up.... Apartment complex exercise jam session For Friday Night, LOL, Hopefully I survive this..One of the neighbors friends is fitness trainer giving us a free session and water can celery sticks being served!!!!!!!! Actually I have been enjoying the step up machine, but fitness person said we are going to have mini boot camp session ;)

And More Enjoyable big Park hiking this weekend.. Will keep everyone posted

UPDATE: Had a blast this weekend!!!- A super mini boot camp work out from generous friend of neighbor and hike in 3 nearby tampa parks - Sunday I slept til 11am!!!! - I am 47 , feel like 36-37, But my body was telling me I am still 47- Lol :)- Enjoying a lay back Sunday with Buddy the cat and my boyfriend is back in town from trucking next week!!!- Everything going great :) :)
