Happy Sunday FS!

I'm a lazy pup again today and enjoyed the extra hour sleeping in! I did take my measurements yesterday and put them where I could find them again for comparison. ;-) I am down a tad this morning and debated whether to record it but decided, hey, why not! May give me incentive! I waked a lot yesterday... Felt like a Toronto day where I walked for hours and I loved it! Ran errands yesterday too but forgot to buy the battery for my pedometer, I will try to do that today. With the time change and it getting darker early, I tend to go into hibernation and / or seek comfort food. I am hoping I have been on my plan long enough to have kicked my old habits. Anyway, I am still focused and determined to succeed!

I think with your new focus and motivation you can say good bye to that old habit. It may not mean you're perfect about it b/c none of us are, or ever will be. But you are ready and determined :-)
