Hi guys, thanks for the comments and support, after having a terrible horrible DO NOT REPEAT day yesterday, I indulged in 2 slices of bread from Ocean Basket , but I did have the stirfry veggies with my meal....and with all that stress I have also picked up a very bad cold it seems. My self esteem is low and I feel like just falling onto my bed and having a deep sleep. Hope to feel better soon as we are having a camping and fishing weekend.

Marilet many people get depressed when they cant keep up with the rules of banting and all it takes is one moment of indulgence to bring on that feeling of failure. All is not lost :) Start adding Fast Days to your week and it will offset such indulgences. Read my journal and it will show you how I incorporated fasting into my life and found that I can indulge in carbs and still achieve weight loss. Fasting allows you to live life and keep a sustainable method of weight loss as opposed to other methods that require you to be very strict everyday.

Please read Dr Jason Fung's blog - https://intensivedietarymanagement.com I had the same issues you had and I am finally able to stick to a healthy lifestyle by eating real, unprocessed, low carb high fat food, still cheating on weekends and fasting 16:2 or 24 to off-set my weekends.
