I'm going back to what worked when I originally lost so much weight.

The plan:

-Walk on Treadclimber 45 minutes Monday-Friday evening.

-Eat a LIGHT dinner (talking cereal or low fat protein and veggies only).

-Drink more water.

-Continue going to the gym on Tues/Thur/Sun.

-Pilates/Yoga once a week.

-Weight in once a week.

-Measure once a month.

-NO MAYO, CHEESE, BACON.

-low cal/fat sweets like Skinny cow ice cream, smoothies,

174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
