10 days till suit tailoring, week 6 of 8 week challenge. Significant cardiovascular improvement. Strength picking up. Im going to need new clothes.
229.3 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
