Still maintaining, which is good in the end. I'd like to start losing again, but menstrual water weight is starting to come on, and fewer things are more satisfying than that post-menstrual woosh, so I'll be looking forward to that.

No more take out, no more eating out. It's hard to say no to friends, so I may do that, but make better choices. It's frustrating that many places don't let adults order from the kids' menu, since their portions are much more reasonable. Lunch sizes are better, too, but that cuts off at most places around 3-4pm. So maybe soups and salads when I go out from now on. Or at least for a good while.

Staying positive, staying motivated. Been working my butt off and now that the weather is getting warmer and nicer, Husband and I have been going on long walks in the evenings and at night, and it's been so, so nice to start doing that again. We will occasionally hit up frozen yogurt after our walks, I always get plain yogurt with lots of fruit and some chocolate chips, and while I know rewarding yourself for working out with food is detrimental to the weight loss journey and habit-changing, I love me some fro-yo.
129.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL! fro-yo! Sometimes when I eat out at a restaurant, I actually push half the food to the side pf the plate and take it home for the next day. Split it in two servings - or I have been known to get a salad and then share the main dish with my husband so we order one portion and split it.
