Wow, it was tough to get through yesterday. After the Indulgence Saturdays, I always - ALWAYS - get the munchies on Sundays. I had to really shuffle around my allowed calories to make it work, but I managed to stay on top of it. I assume it's the high calorie Saturday that gives me the cravings? It sure messes with me, and it takes EXTRA effort to not give in.
It was a great day though. Wife's b-day, and we just spent it at home enjoying ourselves, just as she wanted.
Today will be busy at work. I have so many interview I need to do, so many other things piling up and then I want to hit the gym afterwards. I sometimes feel that I am drowning in work - so much to do and so little time. Tomorrow, I have a class I need to take in Copenhagen, and I need to take Wife to the hospital Wednesday afternoon. I wonder when I will have time to do work? :( It's a little overwhelming now and then. Well, I'm sure I'll get there. I will try to do everything this week, and end up on top of everything. That's my goal. At least when I am at the class tomorrow, I will not GENERATE more work. That's a good thing, right?
So, it seems like I only got one weight gain day after Saturday. I'm happy, because I really want to be on a mission this week to do good. I will have NO potatoes, NO rice, NO pasta, NO white bread, just to see if it will change my weight loss pattern. I am a little too heavy for my liking, as I have been a whole 2 kgs lower than I am today. I want to get back to that ASAP, and then some. Let's see if I can pull it off.
Anyways, off to pack my gym clothes, and get ready for work.

Enjoy your day- try not to get to overwhelmed. This week was super crazy for me too, was feeling stressed and antsy but its all down hill now! Til the next crazy week....cheers!

Never noticed that you andjusted your goal weight, I hope fat secret let you keep your blue bar?? Moving it slowly seems like a great idea allows you to have a goal displayed without loosing the blue bar. When I changed mine I was in the yellow not too far of green I recon, and after changing it I was still in the yellow, closer to orange. Which was great for me, as it did not seem like a setback! Have a great day, I hope you get lots done at work today and feel better about your workload when you leave work than when you arrive. Also hope you have the energy for the gym, as I know it can give you so much energy if you have the energy to get there in the first place!

Hey, I never noticed the goal change either. Is this the weight you need to be for your skin removal surgery?

Yes I changed it a bit. Not to my final goal, which is 77 kgs, but to 85 kgs (I think). I was hoping to keep the blue bar, but then I fluctuated so now I get to work my butt off to get the blue bar back. :)
