New MrsRando's Journal, 22 October 2011

I feel disappointed in this loss but I have to remember that it is a loss. It just frustrates me that it took two weeks. I have to remind myself that I had TOM and fell off a bit which combined to cause this. I will celebrate the downword trend and I will use the smidge of disappointment to drive me to do more, to do better.

Sometimes disappointment is a wake up call, I use my anger at myself to drive me to do better next time!

A loss is a loss, my friend. You're slowly, but steadily getting there. Just keep going. If anything, use the slowdown as a motivator to do a little bit more here and there (if there is anything more you could do). :)

You both are absolutely correct! I need to get motivated again to monitor my food intake better and to exercise a little more. Thanks for the support and encouragement :)
