I haven't really had much in the way of movement in the last few days as my ankles are still extremely sore, but I have lost 2 and a half pounds just from cutting out the chocolate/ puddings, which makes me feel quite positive. I know it's too soon to see big changes but I plan to persevere - with luck there will be more good results next week.
