145.9 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 24.7 lb a week

I always have a bad Monday due to having a semi naughty week-end (I only diet Monday - Friday) and week-end is normal eating (and drinking!!). I set myself goals and so I hope that by Friday or Saturday morning I'll drop down to 64.0 kilos. My partner constantly points out that my downfall is champagne and he's right but I've got to have some fun....I'll get there, it'll just take a bit longer this way

Honestly, if that's working for you - good. Have seen some quite critical remarks from others but everyone has their own journey so if having a bit of fun on the weekends means you are enjoying life while slowly losing the kilos through the week, then more power to you :-)

I went away for a week caravanning and I was naughty the whole time - lots of food & drink but also walking & bike riding so was a bit scared to step on the scales but was quite surprised I hadn't stacked on the kilos. Still got 4 to go but I don't want to torture myself in getting there :)
