A couple of sick days put me off track and a party caused me shame, I decided not to track.

In the end, I lost .2 lbs. I must have done something right. I was still able to get my exercise in.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
