Ok, I'm restarting Atkins and am more informed and motivated. I am going to reall focus on sticking to the diet 100% so I can eliminate my cravings and see quick progress. I know I can do it.

I'm going to walk on the TC five days a week for 30 min. and go to the gym a minimum of three times a week for weights and pilates.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
