Its very frustrating that my weight keeps going up and down. i have been trying to add a few carbs in to a more normal diet but then my weight goes up. I can't live the rest of my life eating less than 20 net carbs. But everytime I change my diet a little the weight comes back on.

Plus I still want to lose about 20 lbs. and I have been stuck for a month or more at 175

177.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have done an amazing job averaging a pound a week for a whole year. I am sure every fibre of your body is crying out to regain those pounds. Stick with it, be kind to yourself and I'm sure your body will stop panicking and do as it is told very soon. Amazing job so far. Well done.

I go up and down too, regularly, but the ultimate trend is downward. Hang in there. Good luck with it!
